Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

  1. 01General

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of invoq.me (“the Platform”), a personal AI coordination agent service provided by Cross Stream Solutions Sàrl (“Company”, “we”, “us”), a Swiss limited liability company based in Lausanne (company number CHE-112.457.223). By accessing or using invoq.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

  2. 02Description of Service

invoq.me is an AI-powered personal coordination agent platform. Each user receives a Personal Agent that:

    • Manages scheduling, reminders, polls, and approval workflows on the user's behalf
    • Coordinates with other users' agents via the Agent Capability Protocol (ACP)
    • Integrates with external calendars (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook) via Calendar Bridge
    • Supports MCP (Model Context Protocol) for integration with AI assistants like Claude Desktop and Cursor
    • Sends push notifications and email reminders based on user preferences
  3. 03Accounts

Registration: You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may register via email/password or magic link authentication.

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use invoq.me.

One Account: Each user may maintain only one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  4. 04Agent Behavior & Data

Agent Actions: Your agent acts on your behalf based on your instructions and approval rules. You remain responsible for the actions your agent takes.

Approval Controls: You can configure what actions require your explicit approval before execution.

Data Sharing: Your agent only shares information with other agents according to your configured permissions. No data is shared without your explicit consent.

Calendar Integration: When you connect external calendars, OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using Fernet encryption. You can disconnect at any time.

Webhooks: Agent-to-agent messages can be delivered via HMAC-signed webhooks. You control webhook configuration through your agent profile.

  5. 05Pricing & Payment

invoq.me is currently offered as a free service during the early access period. All prices, when introduced, will be stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise indicated.

Payments will be processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Material pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect.

    You agree NOT to:

    • Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
